Welcome to Nagarro Placement Process Post:
- I have been hired by Nagarro this year for the role of Software Developer. Through this post, I want to share about my experience and you will also get to know about Nagarro as an awesome organization and also its placement process.

- Nagarro has super modern offices with young, friendly and informal atmosphere among the employees.
- Nagarro pushes 'Work From Anywhere' policy aggressively for all of its employees which means you have higher chance of having to work remotely than from its offices unless clients demands. It even boasts to have this policy even before COVID started.
- Nagarro is an MNC having its headquarters in Germany and main development center in Gurugram, India.

- Mr. Manas Fuloria, the co-founder and also the CEO of Nagarro is an alumni of IIT Delhi.

- Let's learn about the Nagarro's placement process before joining Nagarro.
Overview Nagarro Placement Process:
- Here is the overview of all the rounds of placement process.
- Keep in mind that every round is an elimination round.
- Let's go through all of them one by one.
Round 1: Aptitude Test + Technology Objective Test:
- The aptitude test is based on quantitative and qualitative reasoning questions having 25 MCQs.
- The technical objective test consists of questions based on Java/ C++ and DSA having 15 MCQs.
- The test will be held on Mettl platform with strong proctoring with camera, microphone and screen sharing active in the background so make sure you do not use any other device or switch windows.
Round 2: Coding Test:
- Coding test for both roles Software Developer and Commando Software Developer are in same test. Successful completion of this test will decide your role in the company.
- 3 coding questions for SD section and 2 coding questions for CSD section.
- If you pass the test with minimum of 4 questions that is all 3 questions under SD section and at least 1 question under CSD section with highly optimized code you maximize the chance of getting CSD role while minimum of 2 questions under SD section will maximize the chance of getting SD role.
- Questions in this round are based on strings, array, sorted array and trees.
- Level of question under SD section is 2 easy questions and 1 medium level question while level of question under CSD section is 1 medium level question and 1 hard question.
Round 3: Technical Interview:
- Keep in mind that this is an elimination round too so be calm and composed during the interview.
- It is possible that both technical interview and HR interview happen on same day but during my time it happened between a week.
- This interview will be face to face with one of the engineers working in the company at some higher designation on Teams platform.
- From my own experience, first he asked to give my introduction, then my recent 2 projects. He might also ask questions from your resume if you have done any certifications or courses.
- He asked me on what all languages I have worked on and then if I am familiar with OOPS concept and explain it with example.
- More questions will asked based on Java/ C++/ Python (based on your language preference), DBMS and DSA.
Round 4: HR Interview:
- Next is HR interview after the technical interview.
- This interview will be face to face with one of the HR working in the company who is responsible for onboarding of new recruits.
- The HR will ask questions such as your introduction, about the company, about the job profile you are applying for, if you are ready relocate to different city, names of coding platform you are active on and any other questions for them.
Round 5: Technology Test:
- After successful onboarding, you are asked to attempt another coding test known as technology test.
- In this test, you have to code in the language you want training on. If you write code in Python, you will get training in Python language or in Java then training in Java language.
